Programmatic Ad Ops Manager
Advally is a young and nimble advertising consulting and technology company that helps publishers optimize their programmatic inventory. We consult with dozens of publishers, and our client list is rapidly growing. We have an opportunity for a dedicated ad ops professional to join our team. We will consider experienced ad ops candidates, as well as candidates eager to improve their skills under our guidance.
In this role you will be our ad operations team lead, launching, monitoring and reporting on campaigns with our suite of custom tools. You will work hand in hand with our sales and technology teams to achieve our client optimization goals.
Experienced ads ops candidates will be familiar with DoubleClick For Publishers and working with various ad networks (AppNexus, District M, Index Exchange, Rubicon, Sovrn, OpenX etc.)
You must be a strong communicator, analytical, detail-oriented and manage time well. You are meticulously organized with clear focus. You must juggle many simultaneous requests for multiple publishers at once.
Manage client inventory and campaigns through DoubleClick For Publishers
Create and maintain ad layout plans for publishers
Collect and integrate tags from various ad networks with our custom tools
Test and support publisher ad tag deployments
Analyze data (including revenue and analytics) to help optimize publisher revenue and identify ad opportunities for clients
Promptly respond to client and network requests
Assist in the RFP process to identify ad opportunities and develop client business
Align with sales and technolgy teams to gather requirements for solutions and assist with the deployment of proposed strategies and tactics
Own all aspects of campaign execution, including troubleshooting, optimization and reporting
Work closely with internal teams like sales and marketing to deliver client satisfaction
Follow client onboarding process from start to finish
